I've only ever used it recently to make a few eBay purchases. I never even knew there was two options. This is laziness on my own part I guess, but there are other factors. If it isn't too much trouble, how would the process work? This may sound weird, but I'm very new to ordering anything online. I don't want to do anything that would come off as suspicious and ruin my rep with my first attempt at buying.

I'm very new to using eBay and Paypal, and my search didn't yield any answers for me. I could have searched more, but was getting frustrated. So, I hope this question is okay. I noticed that personal PayPal is listed as not an acceptable form of payment for the marketplace here. However, I notice PayPal as an option on seller threads. Can someone please clarify this for me as I'm interested in making a WTB thread? Thanks!

I don't understand why you seem upset. I thought this was a great discussion and was enjoying reading it. Both of you guys did a great job articulating your points. An interpretation can still be false and debunked. I'll use fossils as an example since you invoked them in a previous comment: Creationists are wrong on their interpretation of fossils and easily debunked: Fossils are only one evidence of evolution that isn't even required to verify common descent. It's just a bonus. When one looks at all of the available evidence for common descent, the only way to reject it is to claim conspiracy.

Hey everyone, I have been lurking for about 3 months now and decided to finally make an account. I was born in 1973, in Manhattan, and started collecting when I was around 7. It started with mostly Archie stuff and eventually moved on to superhero comics. I attribute that to cartoons like Super Friends and all the Hanna Barbera stuff like Bird Man, Mightor, etc. I eventually moved to the Bronx. My comic shop was Fordham/C&C/C&P comics. The name changed a few times. I moved to NH and quit collecting around 95'. However, I never stopped watching superhero cartoons. About 3 months ago, I picked up an Avengers 86 to start. One whiff of the pages, and I became addicted again. I'm not interested in modern books though. I've mostly been buying silver and bronze. I've been reading this forum almost daily and picking up as much information as I can. I've gotten pretty decent at grading in that short amount of time, and my guesses on the grading forum are pretty spot on with other seasoned members. I've been using cheat sheets I picked up from YouTubers: etaNick and Gumba 213. Now, I'm trying to learn as much as possible about restoration spotting. Looking forward to participating in the forums and eventually building up enough trust to buy some books here. I've seen some great deals here. Although, I have been buying from ebay, I really don't care for it. I would rather build a long-term relationship with a few of the dealers here. -Mike
