  1. Tears of a clown Why all the crying about $5? Like my old man used to say, I'll give you something to cry about. Cry about the horrible time frames we've had to deal with all year. Cry about the glib answer of "it's just an estimate" when you call customer service. Yes just an estimate, that you pay a different price for depending on which "estimate" you choose. I'll pay $5 CGC, I understand price hikes and service charges. I don't understand having system in place that does nothing but frustrates your customers with hopeful time frames for a fee that can't deliver. I don't understand an $8 option of fast track that does nothing. If CGC should learn anything this year, I hope it is to be more upfront and honest with their tiered pricing structure, perhaps even giving a free submission coupon to those customers who have had their time frames doubled. Something to show they get that they were late, not "following an estimate".
