Why all the crying about $5? Like my old man used to say, I'll give you something to cry about. Cry about the horrible time frames we've had to deal with all year. Cry about the glib answer of "it's just an estimate" when you call customer service. Yes just an estimate, that you pay a different price for depending on which "estimate" you choose. I'll pay $5 CGC, I understand price hikes and service charges. I don't understand having system in place that does nothing but frustr
