  1. So just to be sure, do I use the return item button in ebay, then complete the form and send it ? (see bellow) Or do I do another process with paypal ? Has anyone done this before ? Thanks
  2. If I send it back to the seller how do I know if he we give me a full refund once I sent it ? I just want to protect myself. I paid with paypal btw. Also, If the comic gets more damage during the shipping, what then ? I am a newbie, so not sure how to go about this (with ebay, paypal) Thanks !
  3. Wow graded 1 month ago !!! I am shocked. Thanks for your help. Now the seller says he didn't know, hard to believe since in the initial pic scans the comic is not centered ! This is his official answer to me : Obviously I didn’t know about it. Sometimes the book can move in the CGC holder. I can bang the CGC holder and get the book back to being centered. I am not seeing any damage from the comic book via the pictures you sent me. I do get why you are upset as I am also frustrated but that happened via shipping. Not see again any damage. The book needs to be reholdered by CGC. You can return if you want or I can refund you money that it would it cost to get the book reholdered by CGC. Somewhere in the shipping there must’ve been a lot of force to do that to the comic so there’s nothing I could do. What do you you guys think ? He does have 100% approval in last 12 months and has 3000+ feedback score...so I trusted the seller.
  4. Re: newshane Thanks for the respond. In a case like this where the comic is damaged, how should I deal with this ? As seller for a refund (even if he stated no refunds on CGC books on the ebay listing)? Ask CGC for a compensation ? Other solution ? It's hard to tell if there is damage (top right corner) without opening the plastic.
  5. Hi Bomber-Bob, thanks for you input. What do you mean by " If CGC feels it is their bad they are very good about making things right " ? Cheers
  6. I just purchased a Ms. Marvel 1 with a 9.8 CGC. When the parcel arrived today I was really shocked to see the comic badly centered in the plastic container (see 2 photos on white surface). The packaging was real good so I don't think the comic could move (should it even be able to move?). I spent over 3 000 $US on the book so I'd like to know the course of action I should take. I haven't contacted the ebayer yet since I just got the book. He had 2 copies on sale, and unfortunately I contacted him after I lost the auction and he said he had another copie for sale. I got to see the photos (see photos scans bellow) of the copy I bought but they didn't seem as off centered. Furthermore, the top left corner seems a little damaged is that ok for a 9.8 ? Lastly the top right corner seems to be coming out of the inner plastic enveloppe. Guys, I spent a small fortune here, what do you think of this? Has the seller tampered with the case? Any way of knowing ? Can a comic move inside? Does the copic look like a 9.8 to you? How do I check the registry ? Thanks
  7. Thanks ADAMANTIUM. I will post in the correct thread in the future !
  8. Hey guys. First time poster here ! I recently was cleaning the basement and looked through my old comic books. I found a near perfect copy of Amazing Spider-Man 300. I'm thinking of sending it to CGC for grading. I've included some photos. What grade do you think it is ?
