Here is list of slab compatible scanners that was assembled back in June, will hve to check to see if there are any new additions since then.

I believe that one uses CIS technology instead of CCD so it's too new to be useful on the slabs. I will dig later for the list of verified scanners later. This is what I was afraid of after reading those 10 pages. My wife loves the printer so I don't see me getting a different one now. Get a new wife?

I'm not sure if you're talking about me or not. I'm just assuming you might be because of the last discussion. If it is, this is what I said: And while I hadn't thought about it, I agree with you. I wish a lot of things too. If you had have said that, then yes, it was directed at you (and a of others) but if you didn't say that, just assume it was a dig at you anyways, just to be sure.

What if I'm say I'm going to raise the price every 8 hrs? then prices are going up. That's great but they may not sell. We are talking bout people referencing past sales as a trend.

I wish people would stop saying prices are "going up", sales are a reflection that they have gone up. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Saying they are going up is pure speculation, even if they do.

Scan quality is nice! Books looks pretty good and has that typical glare, some of which can be reduced as noted in post above.

Others have reported that applying some light pressure to the slab while being scanned may reduce the glare.
