  2. Ah, so likely Rick sold the book to Reese's? I understand now, thank you. I've had very good experiences buying from Reece's over the years, wanted to confirm.
  3. I am having trouble following the entirety of this string. Is Rick Starr affiliated with Reese's Rare Comics?
  4. How do you get such great pictures? Do you scan your books with a printer or?
  5. Only issue I have with this copy... cover is semi transparent (text from splash page slightly visible on cover).
  6. It is beautiful - perfect wrap, wonderful cut (white border along right edge as someone else already mentioned). Surprised this copy is not part of a pedigree collection. Also surprised it's not white pages - if white pages I feel this book would be significantly higher. Thoughts? @Gotham Kid
  7. I have a few more additions to the Daredevil #1 family - will be updating pictures in the next week - few weeks.
  8. I really need to check the boards more regularly... still considering adding AF15 and ASM1 to the collection. Nice book.
  9. Not a contest- I still want a 9.0, 9.2, 9.4, 9.6 and/or 9.8
  10. My grandfather was an attorney with the DA’s office in Columbus, Ohio several decades ago and lost his sight later in life. Sentimental attachment. I may trade 1 or 2 copies eventually (my 8 year old son wants Tales of Suspense 39)... I want a few other Silver Age books.
  11. I have to update my picture(s) showing my copies of Daredevil #1. A few copies are with CGC and a few en route with USPS- also have a reader copy ~ 1.0
  12. Presents well - the wrap is off which makes me think the staple(s) is/are not tight which is contributing to the pages showing past the right hand side of the front cover. CGC will take off for the rust and should note "Rusty Staples" on the label.
