    Considering resubmitting for a crack, press/clean and regrade. When graded a few years ago grader notes mentioned 1 fingerprint on the back cover (I am unable to see after looking for 20 minutes). The pictures are not perfect, can you tell from the pictures, candidate to resubmit?

    I submitted several books a few weeks ago, for 5 books (2 Silver Age, 3 Bronze Age) I was conservative with declared value. i.e. Fantastic Four #52 should be at least a 7.0, maybe 7.5, declared value of $1,000. If CGC assigns a 7.5 blue label, will they charge me more as the book's value after grading would be in a higher tier?
