  1. Real nice bro! Let's see a group shot!!! +1 Ken
  2. Really love the colors and composition on this cover.
  3. Those 6th Street books are so nice. Wish I had bought more than one. Ken
  4. Don't wonder anymore. Girl on the Torture Wheel circa 1934 Excerpt: Claudia was wearing no brassiere. Her cupped breasts rode proudly on her chest. Jerry came out of his momentary transfixion, leaped across to Claudia and buried his face in the warm-scented, velvety valley. His lips brushed in savage hunger. His breath came in hot gasps. The body out there on the wheel was that of Maxine LeSoir! Jerry stood looking at her a moment, then charged. The bodies met, clung, throbbed. He lifted her, carried her to a plush-covered sofa on one side of the room. His burning hands caressed her body that was leaping to meet his. “I’ve waited a long time to find a man like you,” Claudia panted. “And you’ve found the woman.” Jerry couldn’t talk. With him, actions spoke louder, more forcefully, than words. Sounds like a typical day at work. Ken
  5. Cool book! Is that a pedigree? The markings look kinda familiar. That's what I thought, too. But it's from no pedigree collection that I'm aware of. Could be an Aurora. My first thought was Aurora. I've seen a few with the large grease pencil markings like that. I passed on the Aurora Famous Funnies 215 when Harley had it because the marking was so prominent in the center of the cover and the asking price was $4,000. Best colors I have seen on that book though. Probably should have bought it.
  6. Beautiful copy, Tony. +1. Beautiful colors. Ken
  7. Going through some of my romance / GGA books and thought I would bump the thread with a favorite Cole cover. Ken
  8. One of my favorites as well. I almost went after the 8.0 on Heritage to have a nice second copy but have been buying a lot of other books lately. I think it went for a very reasonable price considering how tough it is to get in nice shape. Here is the White Mountain copy. Ken
  9. Two terrific copies, Andrew - Ken (inaflash) has such a great eye for books, and he's a top-notch seller. Thanks you guys. Ken
  10. pretty sure a new Mutants 98 is involved House of Secrets #92 CGC 9.0 and this beauty. This is my second big trade in recent months, and it's great to acquire a cool book or two without having to outlay a bunch of cash. Randall was great to negotiate with, and we both seem to be very happy with the deal... Gorgeous copy. And I don't say that lightly. I say it with a weight on my shoulders because I don't own it. Ken
  11. Such a cool book. I almost went after it but got sidetracked by something else in the auction. Ken
