2nd credited feature film role. "Never Love a Stranger" was released earlier that same year.

The first omnibus has that 1950s science-fiction feel to it.
Which first omnibus?

TEX AVERY I can't get enough of his cartoons
It's a scandal that WB/MGM have not released his MGM cartoons on R1 DVD! They released a nice Droopy set, but that's it. I guess they didn't know how to package/promote all those one-off toons? No "star" to sell to the general public. They don't get that TEX is the star! I bought a French box set with all his MGM cartoons (including the Droopys).

My quote was actually from a Tex Avery cartoon.

Yes the first set is a beauty and it's original as well, I know that they brought out a reprint that goes for a fair amount of money. I know that most of the drawings were by Norm Saunters and Bob Powell and if I get them "I'll gonna squeeze em love em and lay em on the ground George...Just like my bunnies George!"
"I had a lit-tle friend, but he don't move no more!"

Yes I noticed that too and bought them with an offer he could not refuse, no not a horses head but less money As for your kind offer thank you Mike, again you've proved how good of a person you are.
Oh, ho! He has multiples!
He has sold 6 sets and has another up for sale (probably not his last).
Glad you got one!

I contacted the seller about the stickers he told me that he did not have them,
But I do! I just bought a EX-NM set off eBay, cheap! If you want them, let me know. If not, I won't have any trouble getting rid of them. They cost me $11 total. There's also a set of the 4 wrappers on eBay for a good price, if you're interested.

James Nicholson's widow (Susan Hart) inherited a few AIP titles from him. People have tried to make deals with her to license some of them for DVD, but she wants more money that anybody is willing to pay.
The most interesting titles:
THE AMAZING COLOSSAL MAN
TERROR FROM THE YEAR 5,000
INVASION OF THE SAUCER-MEN
IT CONQUERED THE WORLD
I WAS A TEENAGE WEREWOLF
I WAS A TEENAGE FRANKENSTEIN
