I would pull and push to later auction. I would think enough time to do.
-
Nice presenting 6.5 too. 5.5 sold for 75k. Ouch no one should be putting big books in an auction during a recession
-
Actually the book got re listed on EBay by same seller hmmm guess sale didn’t occur
-
Prices are stabilized. The big price hikes were not sustainable. Person who last paid 450k for a 7.5 must be kicking himself now

Still holds the second record price. Im fine with that

We all want to make sure our AF15s are not headed to a bear market

I guess chipping isn't as much a major factor as staining for buyers when you compare this sale and last in the same grade

This one looks to like a better copy than the previous one CC sold for. Loving the colors especially the greys. I would think this copy would sell

Colors look so vibrant on this copy. Should def sell for more than last 8.0

Same scammers every weekend hijacking accounts. I always report. Should be taken down soon

The AF 15 that Clink just auctioned tonight was mine. So I guess I'll have to withdraw my membership from the AF 15 club. It was fun while it lasted! Pretty damn happy with the outcome of this auction though!
Congrats i can imagine your profit margin from when you first obtained

Nice restored AF15 on EBay up for auction. I am not too knowledgeable on resto. Can regloss be undone? I’m assuming no

7.5 = $312k (not sure if there are any good recent comps)
5.5 = $103k vs $115k (Feb) $120k (jan) sales
4.5 = $69.6k vs two Jan sales of $66k/$69k
2.5 = $38.4K vs three most recent of $55k (the eBay sale that many talked about), $42.3k, and $45.6k
Outside of that $55k Ebay sale, starting to feel like maybe the market is pausing just a bit to catch its breath on this book. It has been a rapid sprint over the past 8-9 months. Nice assortment of ComicConnect this month of 8.0, 5.5, and 3.0 to watch......
On a parallel note - a Hulk #1 in 8.0 went for $210k up from a Dec sale of $188k (the 8.5 had the big sale of $270k last year). There is a 8.5 and a 7.5 on this month's ComicConnect auction as well.
The softer prices on the 4.5 and 2.5 I feel had to do with the presentation of the books. If presented better without chipping and piece out, prices wouldve been at a premium as they usually are

This price just seems so insane to me.
About the same as last recorded gpa sale for a 1.0 in December

Has this been confirmed? Is the seller a boardie? It just seems too insane.
Seller is a reputable dealer on Ebay and at Cons

Good question since there is some price-compression going on, which should favor you! And that recent 2.5 for 55K had some MC, so I wouldn't be too concerned. The 3.5 on ComicConnect for the current all-time 3.5 GPA high of $45K on 12/15/21 had some MC, as did the $40800 on 11/21/21, and the $39K on 8/3021 before that. They all went for more than the recent 3.5 w/o MC, which was $38400 on 9/26/21. Most importantly, your book looks nice.
Prices are skyrocketing within a few months time so hard to get an exact estimate at the moment. I guess 60k or so range and that's modest as the 2.5 that went for 55 also had chipping

Wonder what this sale puts my 3.5 at in terms of price. Has some chipping
