    As a potential buyer on Ebay you have every right to retract your bid as long as it is before 12 hour ending time. Ebay just asks you to state a reason. Clearly this book is not slightly restored as there is a major trim job. That is enough justification. No need to sit through and take lumps. This is a large purchase and you should be satisfied with it. Just my 2 cents

    If you are bidding on Ebay you can retract your bid with more than 12 hours left for bidding. Not sure about other auction sites

    Damn these stories and the new CGC reholder disclaimer where you have to agree to cgc not being liable for any reholder damage to a book are what keeps me from submitting my AF15 3.5 and X-men 1 4.0 from being reholdered to a newer holder

    I believe I started this thread posting about CGC having a disclaimer for reholdering that you have to agree to that takes liability away from them for any potential damage that may occur for the reholdering. I was thinking of reholdering my AF15 cgc 3.5 to have the new Spidey city label, but def not now. Not worth the risk
