It’s the big money coming in from sports cards. I know a couple personally who were never into comics until a couple of weeks ago.

I sold most of my carded collection in 2005...makes me sick seeing how much some are worth now. I had some rare alternate photo ones too.

I’m not new to the boards and have done many big deals here. It was bad timing on my part for sure and I apologized many times already to the seller. The hulk 180 9.4 deal wasn’t happening and then yesterday he decided to accept my offer. Both of these books are expensive you know That said, I’m fine paying the seller too here but will need 1-2 weeks and I stated that already. He didn’t seem to want to discuss at all and just came here to nominate me instead. I understand for sure and accept the consequences. It’s not something I would do personally but I get it I’ve had people back out of sales on me here and I just relisted instead of going through all this drama. Again I apologize.

Like I said, I felt bad but had made an offer on another big dollar book before this one and unfortunately had to back out since that deal happened On another note I didn’t really feel comfortable sending a check too but that is beside the point. I apologize.

The big boys are into comics now. It’s only going to keep going up. Low population and investors with big bucks will keep prices up. They did the same thing with sports cards last year.

Not a bubble, there are not enough copies to go around. Look at sports cards, some have over 10,000 on population report and still can get $5000 or more. Comics are much more scarce to find. Expect even more stronger sales.
