looks like a near mint pence ff1 is selling for 160,000 I dont know about super low but that book could be like a 500 dollar book so yeah it kinda hurts it I think

i dont think that asm 212 has any printing errors but for me the book looks fine then again I don't have this book.

100 percent grade it get it pressed maybe restored you will still make a ton of money and I have seen worse looking 2.0's than that its 100 percent worth it.

I have a ultimate fallout 4 which is in near mint i dont have any photos but everything looks great but in the right bottom theres a small tear would this affect the grade?
