comic looks nm so it should be like a 9.6 with those markings but cgc has surprised me it could very well be less or a 9.8

if I were you I wouldn't grade it its not worth it if its your 1st comic then keep it price wise raw its like 30 bucks maybe less

I don't think its worth grading because its not worth much and I dont know if thats some color break in the right corner but if its not 9.8 I guess

I mean outside from the rips it looks like a 6.5 comic but with the rips 5.5 also this really a comic people care about so I doubt people will bid on it that high

in the left side there's a big tear and in the right or left corner there's a tear so like 8.5

I mean what I like to call a cameo is if the character appears in one panel thats a cameo so for like lets say asm 1 cindy briefly appears in the start but gets bit by the spider but does not become silk but she appears non silk during the 1-3 run so I would not call asm 4 1st cindy moon but since she becomes silk in asm 4 I would call that her 1st appearance of silk now for the cgc thing I think they read the comic and then decide if its their 1st or not.

holy moly thats the biggest comic fade I have ever seen but outside of that comic looks great without fade like a 8 with fake 3.5 maybe higher

well it looks like its a newsstand version so its worth more maybe like 20 bucks

good news this is a 9.8/9.6 looks great bad news is that if you are looking to sell it don't expect much cause its not worth a lot but its your choice still it looks good contention wise

maybe pressing would help but thats not good if you were promised a 9 and get like a 8 thats bad you should ask for a refund if you dont care then maybe pressing can help

a silver surfer comic my favorite anyway I would give this a would be higher but the back rip hurts it still a cool comic.
