    No postal office carries the regional boxes, 1095s or 1092s (among others), they just stock the regular basic Priority boxes and envelopes.

    Unless I'm missing something, this is a $3 book with a few dozen copies on ebay and little demand. The last 9.6 sold for $10 and the last 9.8 sold for $31. I don't think it's worth a press or slabbing, and if the condition isn't just right for you, finding another copy should be cheaper and easier.
