Hi Everyone, I just got in and cannot believe that KEN (POE) is trying to ruin my rep. This is exactly what I told him via pm after I received threatening pm's from him: Thanks Ken, I really appreciate how nice a person your are! I told you to return it for a refund, less shipping, what is your problem! However if there is any missing comics and they are the NOT the same ones I sent or damaged, I will not refund. Also for your name calling me of a rip off artist! I have been here for years and members know how fair I am, it seems to me that you are the con artist my friend! How am I to know that you did not pick through the items you want and now want to return the box. Also, filing a paypal claim and then notifying me about it after the fact! RED FLAG! I will make sure that the board members read all these notes! Sergio

Dear Board Members, First off I want to apologize for not coming through with payments on with some fellow board members that I made deals with. I have been going the toughest part of my life during the past few months including my wife leaving me and taking the business with her and my production collapsing. These circumstances left me broken hearted and pennyless as well as ashamed of my actions here on the forum. At this time I need some way to make a living to survive and must sell every comic I own, especially with the court fees. I have contacted the members who I defaulted on and hope that they can find it in their hearts to forgive me and get me off this list so that I can sell my items and then pay them for their products if they still want to sell them to me. I would then just resell them here on the boards. This is so embarrassing for me and I hope that no one goes through what I have been through. Sincerely, Sergio

This is what I was afraid of. I'll probably win mine too and get nothing for it. Mike I filed a fraud claim against him and my cousin who is a detective in San Diego is investigating. We are pushing for a warrant against him! He may be on the run but he can't hide, just a matter of time before my cousin tracks him down.

I will be filing a civil claim against Michael for mail fraud. Sorry for his issues but he was quick enough to accept the money! I'm not sure mjacobs should be on the list yet. Maybe he is sick or the package had the wrong address. I'm just wondering if anyone knows him and can find out what is going on. Mike Everyone please don't panic yet...Mike has some problems right now. He PM'd me couple of weeks ago and stated he was going through some issues, but wouldn't divulge what they were, though I suspect it may be both legal and financial in nature...I just tried calling him - no answer but I left a message. I will go by his place Monday and see if he is around. If he is home, I will try to find out what's up and try to let everyone know what is going on (with respect to privacy of his situation) If he needs help sending the books I will mail them for him if I can get in touch with him Thomas
