  1. My title is what it says. I've had comics sitting in receiving for over a month, and with fast track. Just seems to me that CGC can't handle the high volume of traffic that they obviously have. Time to either get rid of the "fast track" option, or, how about another building? One for the east coast, and one for the west coast? Fast track is the biggest rip-off about CGC honestly. This whole process is just so archaic....
  2. Faster than normal service? They've had several orders of mine that sat in their mail box for 2 weeks alone. It's now been over a month now, which is the same as not paying for fast track. It's simply a rip off, and if they can't handle it, then don't charge people. Or, open another building in the west USA somewhere. Split your customers. Have people in the west USA send theirs to CGC-west, and people in the eastern USA, send theirs to CGC-east. That simple. CGC is so caveman to me. This whole process is. Also, on the main page of this website, it clearly says; "CGC remains open, and fully operational". Well, from what you're saying, their basically lying then. Covid or not, there's just no excuse. I spent a total of $100 on fast track charge because of all the orders I have down there. I simply cannot accept paying for fast track, only to have my books gone for over a month. It's a rip off.
  3. It's just crazy man. They've now had my comics for a month now on fast track. Kind of defeats the purpose of fast track. It's just unacceptable to me.
  4. Personally, I think CGC needs to either get rid of fast track, or build another building somewhere in the USA. I did fast track for 10 comics, and they've been gone over a month now. Charging people fast track is essentially ripping us off. My comics sat in their mailing box for 2 weeks before they ever got into "receiving". This whole process is just so "caveman". CGC needs to get their **** together!!!!!
  5. Not really. Fast track should be no more than 2 weeks. Mine have been there and not put into receiving for 2 weeks. Tomorrow will be 15 days...That's not worth the extra fast track charge that I'm paying for 8 comics total. Again, they need to hire more people, and at more places than just Sarasota, Florida. CGC just seems so caveman to me...This whole process is in fact.
  6. That's precisely why I think they are purposefully holding stuff to not put into "receiving", just so the time doesn't count for fast track, even though we are in fact paying for it. If that's the case, then they should either hire more people if they're that busy, or get rid of fast track if they can't handle it.
  7. CGC is not capable of handling a lot of orders. I have 7 sent in 2 and a half weeks ago, and they're not in receiving yet, and I did fast track on all. If they are going to charge us for fast track, then it needs to be fast track. CGC is clearly ripping us off.
  8. theCapraAegagrus...I never said CGC was one person. I specifically said "CGC".
  9. Hello everyone. I'm fairly new to the site, as of a few months ago. But, Is it just me, or does CGC seem to be a big fan of Marvel? Just strikes me as kind of strange...
  10. I have 3 favorites...Swamp Thing, Martian Manhunter, and Zatanna.
  11. Yep. Me too. System tracking has been down all morning. It's just stuck on buffering.
  12. I think it's kind of crazy how long the whole process is, considering how it's 2019. I can see 2-3 weeks time to get your comics back, but anything more than that, is just crazy to me.
  13. Only some of the east coast got them. So, they are going to be rare. There's no way the value of these will drop. The few with all the cash won't be able to stop this, and drop values. It's too rare, and it's Superman/Supergirl. It's nice that the little people get some power in negotiating, with buying/selling for once.
  14. Lots of doubters on here. Firstly, these recalls are all rare, which plays a factor into calculating value. Only the east coast USA got these issues. So, yes, they are rare. The values won't drop either, because of not only rarity, but because it's also a Superman comic. Supergirl may drop a little...Not much if so. In fact, none of my local/state shops got them. I know everyone, and I even pre-ordered. I got lucky, because I was on Ebay the first day, and got 3 copies. My question is, will CGC take them?
  15. The disclaimers on here, are clearly sad that they didn't get a copy. Superman comics don't drop in value. He has sold more comics, than anyone else. I sense a lot of jealousy on here from people who don't have copies. By the way, these recalls are rare, because only the east coast got them.
