These slabs are like deep dish pizzas compared to regular thickness ones. I have some slabbed copies that are not in the deep dish plastic and they are all perfectly fine.

I'm going to remove my Big Five guides from this sales thread. I actually have a 9.4 and a 9.6 that I was just taking pictures of, but I noticed incredible damage to the books due to this "thick" case. Overly thick case. There's a plastic piece at the bottom that suspends the book in the center of the slab, but it doesn't do a good job and has actually sliced through the bottom covers of my 9.4 and 9.6 copies. I looked at this 9.2 pictured above and the bottom is crunched, even though it's hard to see from my camera angle.
