I believe they should have the one point increments only in the 9.0-10.0 grade ranges. There are definitely 9.6s out there that should be 9.5s and some that should also be 9.7s.

Okay all caught up. cpannell, glad you offered to do the right thing, but this should have never have gotten this far. Priced it at $20, sell it at $20. I've made mistakes faaaaarrr worse than that and I absolutely honoured them.

You could say you pay "up to" 80% of book value, but that should really just be the cream of the crop. The rest should be 25% or thereabouts. Sometimes 1/4 guide is a great price and other times not at all.
