    I have the same issue with my submission. Sent in 2 books and my order was delivered to the po box on Dec. 6 at 11:59 am. I have a free account as well but I haven't been charged for anything or sent an email with confirmation.

    Do we just put the publisher and date of the comic on the title line of the submission form? For example if I'm submitting ASM 300 do I just put Amazing Spider-Man on the the title line or will I put Amazing Spider-Man, Marvel, May 1988?
