    All the money is going into real estate. Everyone, stop buying comics and buy real estate now. I'm diligent about "paying myself first" and have automatic investing set up for every paycheck I get. So, this situation never comes to mind for me. Comics are discretionary income. Although, now that I'm spending more on comics, resale at some point does factor into my decision.

    Agreed. CGC 2.5. At least with the chunk out, you know what's missing. With brittle pages, that book coud fall apart anywhere when you pick it up.

    Great pictures. Japanese monsters My first kid was born in 2000, so I lost my comic room in 1999. However, my third and last should be old enough to get tossed into a room with his sibling within a year. So, if you follow my path, you'll get your room back in 9 years.
