  1. I would assume if it was a labeling mistake yes. Otherwise, No
  2. No offense. It looks like a conflicting grade IMO. My mom always told me "Lower your expectations son, admire things for what they are, not for what you want them to be and you'll never be disappointed"
  3. I call it like I see it. And just like @theCapraAegagrus said you can either choose to agree with a grade or not. Don't be so sensitive
  4. it is a third party grading company. Yes they are considered by the industry as "professionals" but even "professionals" have an off night. Which has clearly happened here.
  5. I'm sorry to hear about the water damage. I'm new too, but welcome!
  6. I do on some of my books. But if i am at a show and there is a book I want and its graded, then I will buy it, too me it is more about the book itself than the grade or which company has graded it either.
  7. I think when it comes to slabbing. I just want a book encased. The grade has very little to do with it at the end of the day. I just want the ability to look at my book, I'm not looking at what it says in the top left hand corner. I don't slab for value, or buy slabs for value. In that case, it looks like a lot of spine wear, and a surprising 9.8
  8. I hope not... I hated Venom and I can't stand Carnage or the whole symbiote fascination, they have like ten million symbiotes. Next thing they will come up with a symbiote for Grandma's lamp. Don't get me wrong I love Todd McFarlane, but Venom has become his Frankenstein and they have created an army from it.
  9. I think it was a really good answer! I Hope Jamie Foxx will respond like that when Spawn comes out!
  10. I said I enjoyed the movie... But it was long... Didn't have my full attention... And provocative when it comes to inaccuracies.
  11. This was a really good movie that I enjoyed watching in the comfort of my own home, and occasionally taking a break to go for a long walk. Scorsese works from real life events, so his creativity can be slightly hampered, but he is doing the same genre of movies, for him to go after Marvel in the way he did was unfair.
  12. You would think issues in other languages would be rarer or at least share in equal value as English speaking ones.
  13. Not that Star wars has been good since ROTJ, I'm gonna go to see this in theaters but I might need some of that whiskey you guys are talking about!!
  14. Hi I saw this movie after it had been out in theaters a few weeks. I assume it was filmed in a manner that would remind people of the 70's. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it, but I may enjoy it just as well on a Sunday in front of the television set. I guess I don't have the greatest attention span, because i found Avengers Endgame much more captivating and enthralling, and it was able to grasp my attention from beginning to end.
  15. I'm not sure what to make of this? Why wouldn't treat others with dignity and respect?
  16. Hi I really like Todd McFarlane as an artist and creator. so I followed his career from Marvel and when he went off and created his own company with Image, so I started reading Spawn. IMO Spawn is very similar in nature to Venom with shape shifting abilities and all. I like Shadowman as well, as you can see by my username, lol.
  17. Hi Gals and Guys, I'm not sure how to introduce myself, but here goes. I collected sports cards growing up and only collected comics for the past few years. My collection is mostly made up of raw comic books, but I'm thinking of getting some slabbed . I enjoy watching Superhero movies and that's what piqued my interest in comic books. I hope I can meet some similar people on here.
