Thanks for posting this question. Here’s what the $150 credit info button shows on the membership page. I think CGC should extend everyone’s membership at least six months and probably a year at no charge if they submitted an order since January 1, 2021. I don’t think they would ever consider that but what the heck. A guy can wish, right? If you want to use your credit before your membership expires and have books to be graded that you haven’t been charged for, call CGC and ask them to bill you for your open orders. That should burn your credit. This won’t work for prescreens though. Let us know how it goes.

This is an interesting turn of phrase on the services page. Might have always been there but the meaning to me is different than what most people have been quoted. “Turnaround times reflect the estimated number of working days to complete a submission delivered to our facility today.” So that means our individual TATs are what was quoted on the page the days the submission was delivered to CGC e.g. my Regular Modern Submission that was delivered on 06/17/21 the TAT was quoted at 89 days. Which means my delivery should be arriving tomorrow 10/26/21…err It’s still in GEI. I guess I shall call my friends in Customer Service tomorrow.

No changes here in 3 weeks when my 6/18 order went to GEI shutdown mode. But the good news is that the never guaranteed TATs have grown AGAIN for us lucky bustards that have paid orders sitting there. So according to CS that means we get to wait longer for doing nothing but keeping you all entertained.

I have to admit though. My blood boils with every one of these updates about the new October TATs I see and my submissions screen isn’t getting updated. For FRACKS SAKE @CGC Comics give us some update on what you are doing with the submissions you AREN’T PROCESSING. Did something bad happen to our books?

I’m curious. Did you check the grades? How did you do on your pre screen?

@greggy @lonetree Both of you had orders in SFG and GEI stages from June and later. I haven’t seen any posts in this topic about you receiving those orders yet. Have you received any status updates on those orders? The reason I’m asking is because both of you submit a lot of books to CGC.

Great! Here I sit waiting for books that will be worthless when they arrive! I have a Modern Prescreen they received on 06/23/21 that was entered into the system on 8/20/21, still sitting at SFG, and according to the TAT of 121 days won’t be returned UNTIL FEBRUARY 18, 2022! CGC is insulting those of us that have stayed with them through this but I’m done! My membership expires in December and…ah..forget get it! @CGC Comics doesn’t care anymore. Where’s the message from President Nelson?

CS told you this today? Did you ask why they are processing and shipping normal Modern books submitted sometime in September and our books aren’t going anywhere? Just wondering before I give them a call.

@CGC Comics Why are you ignoring the regular Modern submissions Scheduled for Grading and already in Grading/Encap./Imaging from early June? It’s pretty clear that there hasn’t been any updates on these submissions in about three weeks. How much of our remaining good will as members are you willing to burn?
