I don’t usually dabble in GA at all but this book is too cool not to share. A couple notes: cover detached at the top staple centerfold is fully attached there is some rust spots on the staples cover has two spine tears. 1 1/2” at bottom and 3/8” at top. There are other visible tears on the back spine the stains on the page ends is foxing. pages are in great shape. Most are OW. Colors are very vibrant it has been lightly dry cleaned and a bad spine roll fixed/ reduced no tape or glue anywhere Here are the pics

Not anymore. Check the status explanations. Quality Control/Finalized is the new status before Shipped. Grading/Quality Control and Finalized/Imaged/Shipped was split into G/E/I - QC/F - Shipped.

Well…that’s why I asked! Because It’s now sitting in an old outdated status. I’m thinking that since they had not charged my CC yet (on 9/3) they put it in a “limbo” status like G/QC so that someone in shipping didn’t ship the box until I was charged. I was charged today.

This is weird. My Walkthrough went from QC/F to Grading/Quality Control??? Has anyone else seen this happen on any submissions since CGC abolished Grading/QC? Anybody know what this means?

Not quite but my Fast Track Value was Received and Scheduled for Grading on 6/18. It went to GEI on 9/1.

Hehe. I assume you believe this standard is out of the question then… 8.0 VF An attractive collectible with a moderate defect or an accumulation of small defects. I really hope this isn’t what the new graders are using for grading comics.

Prescreen added today! Delivered 6/23. 43 days to open and enter into the system. Just under 9 weeks! I see why people want to hand deliver their books to CGC if they can. What a mess.

9 WEEKS to Receive books is reprehensible. Do you know how many in-house Signature Series signing events CGC announced in that amount of time? 19
