    I’m not a legal expert, so I can’t answer that question. Plus I don’t think Marvel is gonna care about a book that’s limited to 750 copies.

    I don’t know the terms of the contract, but from what I know, Marvel has to approve of it. And from what I’ve seen, they did not approve of the acetate cover, nor were they aware of it. The comic is essentially a bootleg. HOWEVER, they did approve of the original. Which is pictured below.

    Black Flag Comics breached their exclusive contract with Marvel sold an unsolicited “variant” cover for Ultimate Fallout #4.

    Buy whichever one you want. FF #52 and ASM #129 are pretty common in the 5.0 - 7.0 range.
