  1. Kudos to Trmoore54 for a couple of great cgc spideys, with fast, non ebay, internatinal shipping
  2. Kudos to FT88 for some nice spideys, well packaged and shipped overseas quickly at a great price.
  3. Kudos to DC360, for putting up with me panicking while canada post did their best to redefine slow shipping. Great communication, and very nice guy.
  4. not quite sullypython, but they all add up in the end
  5. Kudos to Fay for an amazingly good deal and incredible shipping on the ASM 18 all the way over the pond in 5 days including a weekend.
  6. I think Russ is out on his own here with the overseas shipping I always assume 'free shipping' is domestic only, and never automatically assume sellers will ship overseas, hence my 's are usually with a shipping conditional condition attached. I've been pleased far more often than I've been disappointed with shipments from board members as far as shipping costs go.
  7. what was that af15 graded at, it has excellent eye appeal, and I'm sure an excellent price too
  8. found him http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI....ckLeftForOthers

  10. nope, this is my second copy of asm 43, the first one is a raw fine which is going on the bay of fleas tonight
  11. recent wins on the bay of fleas always happy to pick up books with this eye appeal and QP, regardless of the technical grade.
  12. i set a new GPA record low in winning this from feebay

  14. that's one of 2 EC's I own (my copy is cgc 4.5) the other being crime suspenstories #1
  15. wow, quite possibly the best looking 5.5 I've ever seen for eye appeal.
  16. Thanks man. 6.5 I think it's higher then 6.5 IMO... I was initally thinking 8.0 from the scan but I guess there's something I can't see. Gorgeous book!!! I'll regrade it to be sure and let you know. was this the 'big purchase' you sold the tec's for ? absolutely superb pick up
  17. One of my top five covers of all time... Jim Steranko at his best....with Marie Severin having to redraw the face. pretty much all my favourite covers are steranko X-men 50, Nick Fury 1 &3, Captain America 113 and this one.
  18. was there any indication of what superworld had graded these ASM's as ? would be curious to compare dealer grades against scans, although I've only heard good things about superworld's grading.
  19. I've been a regular on non comics forums for a couple of years. was looking into getting some comics slabbed early last year, and was comparing pgx vs cgc, and found the STL comics boards that way. found lots of references on there to someone called 'ewert' who had done very bad things it seemed, so followed the links to threads on here about the FF3 etc, and lurked for a couple of months before joining.
  20. get it from the US site $175 their currency conversions are out. I've been tempted by it many times, but decided to fill the gaps before going on the marginal upgrade route.
  21. Wow. Where'd this come from? Nice book! Colmorecomics I think at least gpa is showing a 9.4 sale from them Is it some advanced GPA membership that allows you to see where things sold from? I just see the PS, nothing to note where. And I guess we know where the 9.6 in May went too. =) no, it's just in the 'recent top 5 sales' when you go to the main page under recent chartbusters
