  1. I have one in similar condition that came back a 1.8
  2. I'm wondering what you think this grade is - the biggest problem is the back cover (tear). I'm debating sending it in for the Steranko Signing event. Think it's worth it?
  3. Hi all, Back in the 80's I religiously read Spiderman in the newspaper's comic section of the Boston Globe. in 1987 I cut out the Spiderman wedding strips (3 in total) and thew them inside the Spiderman Wedding issue. The strips are in great shape. I'm looking for a way to preserve both together somehow. Anybody have any suggestions?
  4. I'd do it. They seem to be trending up $ wise on eBay.
  5. Hi, any thoughts on grade and 'ballpark' worth once slabbed?
  6. Awesome, I appreciate the feedback. I was honestly not sure what to do. Would you get it pressed to, or would that make it worse?
  7. I met Todd McFarlane at a convention in Boston in 1990 and he graciously signed 5 of my books on the inside page. Curious to know what others have done. Is it even worth getting it slabbed?
  8. The comic is in really good shape....except for one painful part, mis-staple on the top left corner causing the spine to be uneven. Is it worth getting graded? Wonder what it would be?
  9. I have about $1,000 (Value) of books I'm looking to send in, but it appears that the return shipping insurance maxes out at $100? How many books do people typically send in at a time?
  10. I had a similar question and I 'think' they take the discount when they charge your card once the books are received. How many books did you send in? I'm debating how many to include because it looks like max insurance on the return shipping is $100?
  11. I have this same comic (New Mutants 98) but there was a manufacturing defect and it's mis-stapled on the top staple causing the spine to roll. Would a pressing fix this or would you suggest I go a different route? I'd like to get it graded (it's in great shape otherwise). I'm new to this, so any help is appreciated!
