MARKET REPORT ( 1st Prints - Raw ) Doing VERY well with this one — picking up steam on every buy / sell, with 30+ bids on just about all $1 start / No Reserve Auctions ..... and with 9.6 / 9.8 Raw Copies (my thing) selling at around $125 —- IMHO, there should be LOTS of room for sustained growth and demand - ALL 1st Print versions of UF4 ( raw, bagged, and 1:25 Variant ) appear to be presently undervalued, and are good as Gold every time I touch one lately ..... even though I almost always buy raw, seriously considering getting a $3k CCG 9.8 1:25 Variant ... if I’m dropping $3,000 on a Modern ... that’s going to be the one!

Maybe someday ..... but not this one!

Both sold this year at ComicLink - blended average of the 2 was around $55k. Which one would you choose, and why? ( if YOU had to buy one, with YOUR real money ) . The way this thread works, now you guys ad different, like priced scenarios- I don’t have time to do this all day - but it sure would be fun!!!

Interested in finding out what are some of the other High Demand poly-bagged modern KEYS, like this UF4 First Print? I’ve missed everything over the past decade (inactive from 2008 -2018) / now I’m back in the game -this one REALLY does it for me !

BUYER BEWARE Marvel #1000 Disney Cover Variants on eBay! I have returned maybe 3 comics (not this issue) in the past decade+ ( Condition not matching descriptions ) I have now returned 3 of the marvel/Disney comics This MONTH — mint / gem mint copies DESTROYED from Unbelievably horrible packaging! Probably Disney people who don’t deal in Comics ever, and this book has them crossing over into our World. comic may be rarer then we think after this keeps happening- I’m only 1 guy who bought 5 and ended up with 2! the three I returned - $1 bin candidates at best. few sample pics below on the results of poor packaging / 3 returns of what were 9.8-ish gorgeous books !
