  1. Thanks for the comments everyone. My mind is at ease now knowing the slab is a larger magazine one. The broken corner of the slab I’m not too worried about. I’ll eventually get it re-slabbed with a newer version. If the have the new type for the larger magazine size. haha! yeah, the tail placement is a bit unfortunate. Didn’t notice that until now.
  2. Hello, Got a few slabs in my collection now. A few older slabs with the sicker on the outside etc and the newer ones. I have not see this before. It is very bulky and seems to have a lot of room around it. Do you think it is genuine or a fake? Corner has cracked open too. Got is from a seller on eBay.
  3. Apologies if this has been covered. I see it has been for a few US distributors. But I have not found anything local. I was wondering if there are any UK suppliers of UV protected CGC displays. I'm looking for something similar to this https://cgagrading.com/OnlineStore/AcrylicDisplayCaseStandforCGCGradedComicBooks.html or any other options if they are out there. The postage cost to purchase from suppliers outside of the UK are pretty steep. Many thanks for you time
  4. Thanks all or your comments and suggestions. I will be sending this back to the seller for a full refund
  5. Hi all, This is my first CGC comic purchase. After inspecting it I noticed one of the corner locking mechanisms has either come loose or broken. It opens up large enough for the tag and possibly the comic to slide out. I purchased this from a seller on ebay. Is the only way to make sure it hasn't been tampered with to get it re-boxed and graded by CGC? Or am i being over paranoid?
