  1. Too many creases and wear on the spine for this book to be in the 5.0 range. I'd say 4.0 tops. The red is very nice on this book.
  2. The tanning and the missing piece have me at a 6.0-6.5. Still a very nice looking book.
  3. A cnp would help this book. 7.5 as is.
  4. I'm at a 7.0-7.5 too. This is a good cnp candidate.
  5. The gripper holes shouldn't affect the grade much. 9.4
  6. I sent in a pretty nice copy a few weeks back and it had one tiny color breaking tic and I got a 9.4. This book looks nicer than a lot of 9.0's that I've seen so I'm thinking 9.0-9.2
  7. I posted this on the comic book sub on reddit and people were acting like submitted hard-core porn or something. It was actually pretty funny 😁
  8. I was going to say 9.0 too but those cb creases and corners on the RFC have me leaning more to a 8.5 for this book. Wouldnt be surprised if it comes back a 9.0 though.
  9. Looks like some type of stain. I'm guessing it was probably something oily because the staple doesn't look all that rusty now that I'm really looking 🤔
  10. Idk if it's trimmed or not but the main issues I see are the tear around the staple and all the creasing on the bottom half of the spine. The colors look great. 7.0 Beautiful book. Edit:The more I look at this book the nicer it looks. I almost want to say 8.0 but theres too much going on along the spine. I'm going to revise my grade to 7.5.
  11. It seems like a majority of these copies have visible gripper holes. I'm at a 9.0 just for all the tics, dings, and creases that I see.
  12. The main issues with this book are all apparent. Even though the rusted staple looks severe its firmly attached and the pages still feel pretty supple. Thanks for the replies.
