    slabbing certainly has changed the location of signatures. I can understand the old school approach Kirby would have taken back in those days when signing a comic book on the interior. One could easily take the book out of the bag and open it up to view the signature. Plus, reading comics was still a very common thing as opposed to slabbing in today’s era. Quite a change.

    the 6 is often overlooked in favor of the 4 and the 5. I love the NYC skyline in the background. Dark greens on Doom are a little tougher to find on this one. Nice upgrade Steve

    many folks don't like this cover, but I always have. Plus, it's the only FF cover Kirby penciled and inked. Many believe it is Kirby's self portrait on that billboard. Sure does look like Jack

    from that pile, I bought a 4.0 Action 13 for $2400 back in 2000 and a 2.0 Action 20 for $750 in 2008. I suppose that was affordable

    Might have been one of these two wall books circa 1985 at my LCS - Hulk 104 (Rhino cover) for $7.50 (still have it!) ASM 29 (2nd Scorpion) for $7.50 (long gone)

    despite the piece out, it is better than a 1.0 IMO as the eye appeal is 2.0-2.5 otherwise. I'd say 1.5 and some dealers wouldn't blink calling it a 1.8
