  1. I received a comic back last month that had been torn at the staples, with the interior of the comic falling out down into the case. It wasn't like this when I submitted it, obviously. So I was told to send it back, and they would contact me with options. Instead they reholdered it, added "small staple tear" to the graders notes with the same grade, and sent it back to me with whatever liquid this is all over the inside of the case. It doesn't match the rainbow newton rings that are on the back.
  2. I finally received the email with options today. My order was 1 book with pressing.
  3. Got my first book back from CGC last Sunday. Sent it back in on Monday. Cracked case and what looks like a hair inside over the grade. Fingers crossed that the mechanical error reholder process is quick.
  4. I noticed my copy of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers 55 has a similar imprint. If I recall correctly mine also had it mirrored on the bottom left. Maybe it's something with how Boom comics are printed? It's away at CGC and I probably won't see it again for months, so no idea yet on what it does to the grade.
  5. I have a submission that was entered/marked received on 5/17, so it's been in the system for two months. Is it normal to not even be charged for the pressing yet?
  6. I think I have a similar question. The turnaround times listed on the site for grading are now supposed to be from the time the package arrives at CGC, right? Wouldn't that time be shorter since they're coming over from CCS and not sitting in a mail room waiting to be opened? They already sat there for that wait before they went to CCS. Or do they have to start all over again, as if they were delivered that day? How would you calculate a grading wait time that doesn't include the extra wait time that was recently added to turnaround time estimate?
