  1. I received a comic back last month that had been torn at the staples, with the interior of the comic falling out down into the case.  It wasn't like this when I submitted it, obviously.

    So I was told to send it back, and they would contact me with options.
    Instead they reholdered it, added "small staple tear" to the graders notes with the same grade, and sent it back to me with whatever liquid this is all over the inside of the case. It doesn't match the rainbow newton rings that are on the back.

  2. I think I have a similar question.

    The turnaround times listed on the site for grading are now supposed to be from the time the package arrives at CGC, right?  Wouldn't that time be shorter since they're coming over from CCS and not sitting in a mail room waiting to be opened? They already sat there for that wait before they went to CCS. Or do they have to start all over again, as if they were delivered that day?  How would you calculate a grading wait time that doesn't include the extra wait time that was recently added to turnaround time estimate?
