Howdy All, Ill be running a sales thread for the next few days. It will have different books, a few Golden Age, a few silver age etc...some first appearances. Trying to raise some funds to pay off a couple expenses and potentially upgrade a couple PC copies. I will only post the title and front picture on most for ease sake, I do have back pics for some already taken though. If you need additional pictures feel free to ask. Thanks Some of the Rules : 1) No Scammers or List people 2) I ship books Priority. Shipping is 9 for raw. Shipping is 16 for Slabs., Shipping to Canada an option for exact costs. 3) Payment will be made through Paypal. Checks only on a few books that will be specified. 4) No returns on slabs. Return on raw books must be within 7 days. Return shipping is on you. If you have any questions feel free to PM me. I am easy to talk to and have open communication. Thanks! Kudos Page

I dont event know if anyone will see this in time, but I was looking for some information and hope someone can help me. I saw in the CGC weekly mailer they pubbed an auction for Pedigree Comics. I looked into it and it seems like a smaller auction site, like my comic shop. I have some interest in some of the books being auctioned tonight, but didnt know about the reputation of this site or operation. I googled the owner/operator Doug Schmell and this thread popped up. It seems he had some trouble in the past but I don't know details. What I want to know is this site reputable and should I be concerned buying books and sending money. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much to everyone that contributed and Dm'd me. I ended up picking up the 10 and a 17 that was dual signed. The juggernaut was sadly gone by the time I returned. Excited to add some kirby sigs to the collection. Shout out to @Acuman for sending me some other examples and schooling me up on things to look for!
-
Im sure that's frustrating to have that signed in person and then get rejected for authenticity. Sorry, maybe CBCS will fare better.

Im in Texas. I havent asked him about a contingent deal, but I guess I can ask. From my few times dealing with him, he seems like a take it or leave it guy.
-
Well I don't own the books yet. I am in the process of figuring if I would like to purchase them. Obviously the LCS has priced them on being the signatures are authentic, but I was trying to determine before I made purchase. Since its hard for me to send the book to get authenticated prior.

Howdy. I came across two books that have Kirby and Stan autos on the splash page. They are still raw and would like some help authenticating them. If anyone can offer their experience I would greatly appreciate it. I have no backstory other than an older collector came into a nearby LCS and sold them. I’m interested but would like to avoid a fake if possible. The two books are X-men 10 and X-men 12. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

David was great to work with. I initially was buying a key FA book that turned into a cash plus trade deal. Very easy going and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely work with again! Trust Fall Exercise Candidate!

I had a 6.0 black widow that USPS lost this past fall. It was en route, and during one of the stops mid way it was scanned and then never seen or heard from again. I talked to USPS staff at three different locations, sent emails, filed a claim, and even had a senior level manager at the "corporate" level try and get a contact to the "lost and found warehouse" but apparently that thing is fort knox and its also basically a skiff where there is no communication in and out. I never received anything other than, "we will get back to you", "someone should be calling you", "file another claim online if it hasnt been resolved". I was left high and dry. A worker at my local USPS office even told me "off the record" insurance if just for warm feelings...that she has had multiple come in and complain of experiences like mine and receive no payout or resolution. Needless to say, I empathize with @Omaha-CGC-Comics and hope he gets his book back or the money. I know its a terrible feeling.

I bought a book on auction from them and had a couple questions. Ive called three times and sent an email and had zero communication back my way. I have found an extreme lack of customer service....I've heard similar occurrences from other friends.
