It would seem that he doesn't want to be contacted by you. I'm guessing that he gave you a chance to complete the deal within the 30 day time limit, and you chose not to. Anyhow, I am sure he has/will see your post. I really don't care what you do with the guy to be honest. He's on ignore. If that is the case, then I would like to request to be removed from the list. Whatever was between me and Pirate is now over Perhaps you can give us an explanation as to why it took you 2 years to try and rectify the problem. That might help. I ask because without first having a good reason to remove you from the list, a guy like Cap Freek, for instance, can just wait until the people he hosed aren't actively posting and get off the list as well. I've been actively trying to work towards a solution from the get-go, but after Pirate expressed no interest in resolving the problem and ignored my attempts at burying the hatchet, after 2 years I decided it was time to bring it to a public discussion. 2 years ago I made a simple mistake. I tried to back out of a deal that I had already agreed upon, and I realize that I made the wrong decision. However, since then I have tried to become more professional when dealing with other people on the boards, and I honestly believe that I no longer deserve to be on the list. I didn't take anybody's books. I didn't take anybody's money. I simply backed out of a deal, and 2 years later, I ask to have my name removed to the list so I can try to restore my name in the community. He explained his situation to me during a past sales thread I had, paid immediately and held up his end of the bargain. I had no problem with my transaction with him

We do not monitor buys and sells. Please check out your buyer or seller before you commit to a transaction. Disputes and issues are not the responsibility of the board hosts, you are transacting at your own risk. They obviously don't want to have anything to do with this sort of thing as has been stated before . They would be more likely to shut the sales forum down before they started managing the Probation thread.

Well Max, thank you for your statement...just so to make it clear, so you understand...I did 4 wrong things. 1, I asked to return some comics that were not as I expected, it was not a large amount, but I was not happy with them. 2. I commented on the lack of packing protection for the lot I received. Honestly, I was surprised to see no comic supplies were used, so I just kind of said something..I thought I was making a helpful suggestion. 3. I asked him to reply to me regarding when and where he would be shipping an item. I didn't demand the items BE shipped, just wanted a confirmation that he would hold them, or ship them to another address when I was away. UPS leaves things at my door, they won't leave a will call notice unless the box is shipped a certain way. 4. Probably worst of all...I met Hotflips at a show, I was very impressed with how nice they were, and how customer oriented they were, and I suggested they post on these boards...I have a feeling, that was my biggest sin. (I do adore Jeff and Charles, and Mr and Mrs Hotflips, so if that is what I did wrong, ...it's OK:) If those things are genuinely wrong in your book, so be it. I've never been called a Biatch before, well, I have, ..but only by Russ, however, that really doesn't upset me, what really upsets me, is the fact that he's just deliberately flaunting the fact that he is in the hall of shame...and he's there, NOT BECAUSE OF ME, but because of so many other transgressions. I just don't want peopleother treated poorly, if I can prevent it and I really wouldn't change any of the things I did. (worship)

Bill has not heard from you about you clearing anything up. I'm waiting to hear back from Here4Now, but I'd be surprised if he's had any contact from you. Just a reminder of what he posted on the 8th of this month, three weeks ago: I already know from endlessly repeated past experience that I will get no satisfaction from this clown.
