Yes I thought that seemed a little high, I also seen a raw 9.2 for $200.

Researching prices for JLA and I came across #38. Why is the 9.2 pricing and 9.4 pricing so high? Is this a key issue?

Here are my 2 latest back from cgc. House of Secret #83 9.4 universal, a one and only, highest graded, wooohooo! trailed by 6 9.2's!!! And House of Mystery #174 9.2 universal w/white pages!!! I did blank out the last few number on the HOS #83 cert number due to past people(unknown) attempting to add my books to there set.

Just back from CGC: Showcase #80 9.6 Universal / White pages (Tied for highest w/best page quality) House of Secrets 83 9.4 Universal highest and only 9.4.

Ok, I seen that Metropolis sold a 9.4 recently for 1050 dollars... w/off white pages. Prices appear to be going up...... I guess thats good for me....

First off let me appologise if this is the wrong forum. My question is I Have a House of Mystery 174 that I just got graded and it came back 9.2 universal with white pages. I already have a 9.4 and I am selling this copy. What is a reasonable price to ask for this key (mystery format begins)? if I were to sell it on ComicLink or a similiar site? 400? 500? Way over , way short. Please let me know your opinions. Thank you.

Wow what a price!!! It looks like this one is already sitting in Sterlings set... I guess thats the price you pay for #1.... I would much rather buy 3 or 4 9.6's for that price than 1 9.8.
