I remember 2-3 years ago there was an ebay promotion where a certain amount of the final value fees would be deducted.. I called when I didn't see my fees lowered. I had sold many items and owed hundreds in fees for that month's invoice.. So a phone rep lady had to go through many of the listings to apply the discount .. she was doing that and she accidentally over applied the discount basically nullifying me of about $200-300 in fees if I can recall..... I was filled with bliss lol.

The fees on ebay are actually less than 13%. It's 10%, the PayPal commission is 2.9%; if an item is bought globally it's 4%. Starting next month the new ebay fees will be 12.35% (PayPal is out of contract so that's it)

Yes... I guess it helps I'm a longtime member who's also a Top Rated Plus seller... If you have dozens of negatives maybe it doesn't help your case but if your squeaky clean and one happens to pop up every time I've called they've had it removed.

I don't give a f what the grade placed on the bag is.... I've been doing this way too long to not take comics out the polybag and look at the front and back.. I do that for comics I'm paying a dollar for or hundreds of dollars for.. I don't take anything home that's not sexy
