  1. It's a beaut Jim. You golden age collector you! (thumbs u Thanks Richard, but I kind of treat it like a rash.
  2. are second printings HTF in HG??? One of only two 9.8s.
  3. Doc. Thought you were getting out of the X-Men business. I guess not completely. Not really. Think of it as a reorganization.
  4. Most recent pick up from one of the guys around here that I love like a brother. <3
  5. I agree completely. When someone requests anonymity, I honor their request.
  6. No, that can't be it. Well I sure can't explain it. I have sold many books to board members, but always through PMs. Whenever I have listed stuff in the forum selling section it has been the kiss of death. West Texas tumbleweeds blow through my selling threads. Except for that $25 9.6 Lois Lane issue. That was sweet. It could be that the market here is limited when you take into account what you are trying to sell. I have a few other ideas, but I would be very disappointed if those were really the mitigating factors. That is a very logical explanation that I would have to agree to. Monday on a whim I threw up 4 books on Clink that didn't sell at the VCC, all priced slightly higher than for the VCC. Two sold in about 30-45 minutes at asking price, the other two sold that afternoon at a slight discount (but more than listed at the VCC). The audience in the FS threads here is merely a pimple on the comicbook communitys arse. As far as dealers who sell here, nothing but great experiences (and great deals). I made a logical and intelligent post? I must have been high. Hey, sun shines even on a dog's arse once in a while. Well then I guess you are long overdue. Buddy I am the sun. Yeah, full of hot air and gas.
  7. Could it be because they are listed by a dealer, and thus have a perception of being offered elsewhere first? The "stink" of dealer stock...so to speak. No, that can't be it. 9. Yikes, that is nice. What grade did Nick give it, a VF/NM? NM (thumbs u Sorry Steve, I waaaaaaaaaay over-egged that one. I don't know why we bother to keep you around....charity maybe? Every village needs one. Correct, that's why we have Roy. He's kind of dual purpose. Otis and Ernest T. Bass all rolled into one.
  10. Very nice books, Joey. The QP on the 203 is great.
  11. Fixed! (thumbs u It's a very intimate relationship of how love conquered all for the author and subject. Does this mean you'll be writing the foreward? Sure you gotta have a famous person attached to help sell copies. Oh, so you are getting your cousin?
