  1. I fully intend on paying Shep for the two books. As soon as I hit the I'll take it a PM arrived from a dealer I owe money to and probably by coincidence for all I know and I over reacted like a jack-azz. I'll will pay all parties I owe funds to this Friday and once again I apologize for the mess I created. I won't let it happen again. Fay, don't sweat it. Everything is fine.
  2. Annihilus is in the wrong forum with this post. Annihilus effed up.
  3. I dunno. The other was too formal, I guess.
  4. That's exactly the same thing I thought, twit. However, I am far too judgmental and entirely to prone to holding a grudge to follow through with the thought. I don't get it... Jim Matthew Chapter 18: 21 Then came Peter unto him and said: Lord, how often shall my brother offend against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? 22 Jesus saith to him: I say not to thee, till seven times; but till seventy times seven times. I'm stunned that you know scripture I'm full of... er... ah... surprises.

  7. LH has done this numerous times over numerous years. Anybody who's been on the Forum for a couple years knows this. There's a history here that shouldn't be forgotten. I say he stays on the list permanently... Jim I'm sure Oldman will catch up. BTW... I know the skinny on Mr. House. It's just that someone was preaching forgive and forget the other day, but I'm having trouble deciphering who that applies to and who it doesn't.
  8. Nice books, Richard, but I need a Giant-Size Astonishing X-men #1 9.9 sketch cover.
  9. Kudos to GACollectibles for the Jumbo 115 and for putting up with a like me. (thumbs u
  10. Could it be because they are listed by a dealer, and thus have a perception of being offered elsewhere first? The "stink" of dealer stock...so to speak. No, that can't be it. Well I sure can't explain it. I have sold many books to board members, but always through PMs. Whenever I have listed stuff in the forum selling section it has been the kiss of death. West Texas tumbleweeds blow through my selling threads. Except for that $25 9.6 Lois Lane issue. That was sweet. It could be that the market here is limited when you take into account what you are trying to sell. I have a few other ideas, but I would be very disappointed if those were really the mitigating factors.
  11. Could it be because they are listed by a dealer, and thus have a perception of being offered elsewhere first? The "stink" of dealer stock...so to speak. I think it's more like the thought of huge billboards and traffic jams ...if everyone posted the way you did, I'd lose my bigdealeraphobia;) Yes, but Richard isn't your conventional dealer. He's personable.

  13. On this, Mike, we will forever differ. This is not, nor should it ever be, a venue for anyone other than contributing community members to buy, sell and trade. If I want books from any of the 'big boys', I know where I can find them. The same cannot be said about Andy, or Nik, or Greggy. There is no legitimate reason to sacrifice one single inch of real estate to Metro, SNE, Harley or anyone else, at the obvious expense of the guys who make this place what it is. One more dealer on the front page of this section is one less boarder on the front page and that, IMHO, can never be justified. (thumbs u Doesn't Metro contribute? Mind your Ps and Qs, Richard. You will get another PM. Any dealer is welcome to post in the Selling Forum as long as the items are offered to forum members only and not list for sale simultaneously on another web site. That being said, I have seen some dealers list amazing books here that have not sold and I wonder why.
  14. The auction format will exist in the same role as many people treat eBay. It will be a last ditch effort to move a few books that haven't sold through other various venues.
  15. Plus, you loose the ability to edit at the end of the third day.
  16. So, the difference with you and the rest of list is that you screwed David personally, correct?
  17. See there, everyone has a talent. Way to go, Brian!
  18. I hope it goes without a hitch, Nick. Just out of curiosity, how many members currently on the probation thread will you be selling to? I want to be prepared with my judgmental self righteous indignation early on. Oh, everyone have a wonderful day and a safe holiday weekend. (thumbs u
  19. Neither have I... Jim I don't check out this thread that often, so maybe I misinterpreted pirate riding Cap Freak and divad riding 50 Cent. Maybe they was just luvin. Two isolated incidences. Don't know about 50 cent. I think I bought a book from him (he wasn't on the list) a while ago, but Connor deserved it. He spun one wildass tale to get out of that deal. What's with you and all this luv stuff anyway? Are you hormonal?
