  1. Exactly. We have a system that works, and is very popular, yet some doofuses keep trying to screw with it. You remind me of the governmental agencies (read...bureaucrats) that I have to contend with that resist change for change sake... Better yet, I think we should get rid of fashion and all wear Mao-cloaks... Or greggy parkas.
  2. Didn't Angelo just win one the other day? Don't seem all that rare to me.
  3. Well then, people need to stop trying to reinvent the wheel.
  4. There is no established governing authority.
  5. Well then, there seems to be enough Forum members to divide into two threads: 1) Probation List, with the potential for resolving issues and being removed from Probation status 2) Permanent "Do Not Deal With" List, as some members view the Probation List as anyway. Andy that's not the issue here. The issue is should people on the probation list be dealing with people who put them on the probation list. R. My comment was in reference to the unending carp that some people get once rectifying the situation that got them put on the Probation List, my point being that some people won't let it go once it is "resolved". I haven't seen any evidence of this.

  7. You're logic is flawed. He should have worked out his problems before you sold to him. It's like the preacher giving a sermon on adultery after he's been caught with the deacon's wife.
  8. Sure, I did, but I certainly didn't notice any reciprocal behavior from the VCCE. Oh please. I get tired of you playing the damned victim all the time. You have made your on ing bed, now go wallow in it. Quit poor mouthing and STFU for Christ's sake. All you live for is damn drama. I've had enough. Good day.
  9. Oh, wait. It's a freakin auction! 20.00!!! $100.00 to the Heroes Initiative if Radovan piledrives Watson for real. $200 if you're next. I'll body slam the flamer onto the sexually confused hick! I am not confused, sexually or otherwise. Furthermore, I would prefer a wide berth between myself and you in Chicago.

  11. I have already planned on avoiding you in Chicago. You are too rambunctious.
  12. Okay, carry on with the verbal badminton.
  13. Just out of curiosity, why do we really an auction format? What is the benefit?
  14. I just love how anyone who a) requests an Comic Auction sub-forum or b) might have some issues with turning the forums into EBay... is automatically categorized as NEGATIVE!! Don't you ever think anything through, weighing the pros and cons before you do it, or are you constantly running headlong into any random idea that pops into your head? Pizz off JC and take that brick off your shoulder. I meant (as most probably understood) that there are negative people here who will abuse the system and try to make this place resemble Feebay but the pros still outway the cons. Isn't it funny how some of the most outspoken are the ones who sell and buy the least, if at all?
  15. I see John's point. However, if you bid $100, then it's $100. There were no incremental bids in the VCC auctions.
  16. List all the auctions you guys want. Just keep in mind that we are talking about the forums here. I seriously doubt that all these dollar signs will be realized. The flood of profit mongering scalawags will end as soon as the first .25 book goes out the door. Crisis adverted. Over and done. Then, just wait until someone flips one of these "auction" books for a profit. Katie bar the door.
  17. The problem, and it has always been the problem, is there is no way to enforce some type of punishment for individuals who do not follow the rules. I know we have the probation thread, but big whoop.
  18. Who are you referring to? I'm the only one who's suggested running a test. Everything is a conspiracy Nicky. Where you been?
  19. The biggest problem I can see is someone refusing to sell something because it ended up selling too low.
  20. I received a sincere apology from NKIT and I believe I am the only party he offended so please remove him from the probation list. Sucker.
