Caliber Presents 1 CGC SS 9.8, 1st appearance of The Crow. The only signed CGC 9.8 in the census for now.
IMHO, O'Barr's signature just makes that back cover shine even more.

Great books Medicar. I really like the Fantastic Four cover.

Nicely done, Michael. I was hoping one was going to be a Nexus 1 CGC 9.6 so we can finally have that "conversation."

http://www.bleedingcool.com/2009/10/21/mtv-buy-teenage-mutant-ninja-turtles-heroes-in-a-half-hundred-million/ Blog Post
WOW!! The TMNT have been sold, in its entirety, to Nickelodien. And Peter Laird has confirmed it as truth. So from this point on, Kevin Eastman nor Pete will have virtually NO say in regards to the TMNT. The comics are probably completely finished. The deal was for $60 million ($10 mil of which went to the cartoon distrubituor). I honestly would have thought the property was worth more.
I guess we'll see what comes of this.
$60 million is low. Nickelodeon got a deal. The TMNT franchise is easily $150 million or more.

Those posters are impressive Doc Joe.

Now that these are sold I can show them now.

well i paid a nice price for the book and it was described as a 9.8 i get it in the mail and had that tick... pretty bummed out.. This should clearly be a 9.6
For a second there I thought I was alone. I have recieved 2 books back from CGC in the last 6 months with the same issue. A color breaking crease recieving a 9.8 when I clearly knew that it wouldn't be higher than a 9.6.
