Are you counting business days or all days? Our turn times are estimated in business days.

The credit is automatically added to your account. You will not see the credit when you go to check out but once we go to bill your CC we first check for any credits and apply those first. Hope this helps!

Hi there, we do have a few boards that are specifically for sales only posts. You should look for those. Also we have rules pinned to the top of many boards so you can read those over to know what is appropriate and what is not allowed. Thanks!

CGC Trading Cards generally handles submissions on a first-in, first-out basis within each grading tier. In select instances, some submissions may be delayed due to additional research being required or other factors.

Hi there, Sorry, I misunderstood originally. Once a submission moves to "scheduled for grading" it moves very quickly through the process. The total turn times are including that "received" time. Also, our turn times are in business days if that helps. We also try to keep the website updated with the most accurate turn times. For example right now Moderns are tracking 40 business days.

An experienced grader or verifier has no problems removing or replacing a card into a semi rigid card holder without risk to the card. Hope this helps!
