  1. We are working on this now! It can take some time to get those locations set up to accept submissions but we are working on it. We hope to have this up by the end of the year but it could be early 2022.
  2. Hello, we can accept modern square cut cards as long as they are not cut to look like an error card. If they are older cards like WotC era, we currently cannot but we are in discussions now about possibly grading those soon. Hope this helps.
  3. Hi there, with CGC TC the payment is taken once the cards enter the "Grading" stage. If there is ever an issue with payment, our accounting team will reach about the fund not being available and you can make those adjustments then. I hope this helps.
  4. Hi there, is the book that is signed already in a CGC holder with a yellow label? Or is it still raw? If it is signed and still raw, and then submitted for a signing it will get a green/yellow label. If the book is already encapsulated with a yellow label, then the book can removed and get another signature and retain that yellow label. I hope this helps clarify your question.
  5. Hello, we are still behind on getting submissions moved into the grading phase. We apologize for the delay but please know we are working 6 days a week to get to these orders as timely as possible. We thank you for your patience.

  13. Hi there, yes, the Geoff Johns books are waiting for the rest of the Brad Anderson books to arrive from Canada. We hope to have them all next week. We then want to get Geoff Johns in-house ASAP for his signing as soon as all of the books are here. There were so many books that had multiple signatures that we could not do Geoff Johns signing until the others were signed as well. If you have any additional questions I recommend reaching out to our Signature Series team at signatureseries@cgccomics.com
  14. Hello, these are the dimensions of the comic books that will fit in our comics holder: 10-1/2" tall x 7-5/8" wide x 1/4" thick Which would mean that it is just slightly too large to fit into our comic holder. Hope this helps.
  15. Hello, I do not know the answer but I have sent in a request to see if I can find out for you.
  16. Hi there, our Signature Series program requires a CGC certified witness in order for the book to qualify for a yellow Signature Series label and grade. You can still submit the comic for grading but it will receive a green label. To learn more about our labels and their qualifications please visit https://www.cgccomics.com/grading/labels/

  20. A Remarque is typically a small, quick drawing. Most Remarques are low in detail and only a couple inches in size. A sketch is typically much larger and depending on the artist can be extremely detailed and have color. We try to include examples of our artists Remarques vs. Sketches if both are available.
  21. Hi there, I recommend reaching out to our Signature Series team directly to ask about this. They can be reached at SignatureSeries@cgccomics.com

Also, please make sure your submissions are ordered correctly according to your packing slip. And lastly, do not forget to initial the outside of your shipping box on all sides with the artists initials. Hope this helps. Thank you
