Its been a week, ive tried contacting cs. i received a welcome email with a blank voucher for the skipping kit and i still have no credit on my account.

Index is simply a unique identifier as this is a complex database application. you can use it or just hide it from your view if you do not need the information but all databases require a primary key to sort items. some information is not updated in the databases yet so may be listed incorrectly and for future reference might i suggest asking questions about CLZ on CLZ's website and not the CGC forums.
