FYI, this is the 1950 cover (there is a 1948 #1). Yours is actually tied for highest graded for the 1950 cover (1 of 2 8.0s). 

Just sell it raw.

Yeah, I saw that on Heritage. Thought it was crazy! At the time there were no CGC graded copies of number 20 as the two I submitted hadn’t been graded yet, but still I thought it was bonkers.  
 

I have 12, 14, and 52 in 7.5, 5.0, and 5.0.  I’ll probably be bidding on yours if they are higher. I particularly like the cover of #52.
