I've often wondered if the volatility of the market is a factor too. If you submit a book that is selling for $250 for a 9.8, and a month later when it hits their grading table it has skyrocketed to $1000, does that mean they will invoice you at a higher tier?

Let's see if this is better. 9.6 selling around $400, 9.8 for $900. If it were me, I would use Economy unless I truly believe it was a 9.8. If 9.8, I would use Standard.

I agree, final price was $125.50 for 9.8. I was watching it out of curiosity last night. So you should be safe using modern tier (cheapest)
