    I sent 12 magazine size books way back in April of 2021 - going on 2 years. This was to clean and press first but 2 years!? At this point i am wondering if they even have my books!?

    Submission numbers 3766916 & 3767086 - both 25 books received in January charged at the new rate.

    I was just charged new rates by CCS for books that were received by you back in January. Is this correct? I thought prices were being honored up to the 4/28 cutoff?
