CGC is going to reholder the book for me as a Mechanical Error. I want to thank Matt for his effort to make this right for me.

i see the date on the back. I guess this is Ok. A little disappointed in the crooked label but I guess I’ll deal with it

I’m OK with the case if that is the norm. But the label is crooked in the case and the signing date is missing from the label. Very disappointed in the way the whole item looks.

I just received my Last Ronin, and It does not look like the case is completely sealed. If I start to pull apart on the right side, it appears to be open. Is this normal? If not, can I send this back to be fixed? Thanks.

What’s the normal turnaround time for a book in QC status? In the past, this step only took 1-2 days. I have a book that’s been in QC for over a week. Just curious. Thanks.

My copy has been in Quality Control for over a week. That step usually only takes a day or two.

I just received my sketch cover from the Stray Dogs signing. The sketch is wonderful, but it looks like something was stuck to the book, like an address label. This is just ridiculous. I waited months for this special keepsake, and this is how my item is treated? This was my one chance to get a sketch like this and it comes back with damage. Whose running Quality Control at CGC?

Hello, What’s the latest on the Stray Dogs signing and sketches? I’m sure it will take some time for the sketches to be done and sent back to CGC, but I would like to get an idea of what the timeframe for the books is CGC should consider having a Signing Status page on the site Thanks.
