Its a great bookX-Men 133 is my all time favorite comic bookYup love the cover need one in 9.6-9.8 soon.....
-
Would anyone pay for the opportunity to see it? You know, sort of like they're doing for the King Tut exhibit? It could be a travelling show and you'd pay $5 to see it, $25 to have your picture taken next to it, $100 to have tea and crumpets in the general vicinty, $1,000 to have a drink next to it while conversing with Mr. Anderson, and maybe $5,000 to actually hold it. Well, it would only be to hold the apparatus that is securing the holder of the comic. But you get the idea.
And a souvenir shop... with T-shirts?
Ill pay 20 dollars to see the scan

Got this in the mail on Wednesday. Not pretty, BUT...this is the LAST Silver Age Green Lantern comic I needed to complete the entire run. Woo hoo!!!
Thanks to everyone who helped me in my quest, whether it was through helping me find issues I needed (and much thanks go to Zonker here) or through just encouraging me to continue in my quest.
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!!
Well done I look forward to experiencing that myself, and then to find a new run to complete.... ahhh the never ending story

A few new joins to the dudeman's stable!
This came in the mail today from Howard Rockman out of New Mexico. 5 days after auction it was in my hand! Grail book for me! I just don't think the time is now for the 9.8.....
Okay, got this one is a few weeks back, however I was surprised as I bought it raw from Heroes Aren't Hard to Find for $28! I about fell over when I opened the CGC box!

just in the door:
X-men 10,14,15 all midgrade at 5.5-6.0
And three Miller DD's in 9.8 but you dont care about those ...

I agree. It all looks pretty good except 10 and 11. The idea to limit bumps to three isn't too bad though. As for 11, basically all the threads are WTS (or as I prefer, FS).
Marc
Agree with all the rules basically, except the bumping where i share the view that it cannot be inforced anyhow, so why bother
Other than that, great work and great step in the right direction
one suggestion:
Why not make it a rule that it is not allowed to hijack other peoples sales threads by spamming, rediculing the books or the prices or rediculing the seller?
Basically we could have a rule that replies in a WTS thread has to be either:
1) a
2) a quesiton about the book, or shipping or anything else related to the sale
3) reference to seperate PM's allready send or intended to be send
IMO that would increase the clarity of the threads and limit the amount of time us buyers has to spend throlling through a 12 page sales thread with only 3 books init..
How does that sound ?
