I have not seen a high grade book of #35 outside of the 9.2 Larsen that has a cover cleaned I think... You are correct and I say the same thing too

I personally am not a big fan of signatured books if it is a GA or SA book. So, I would say leave as is and enjoy the cover without a signature on it. Def. a nice Red Skull cover and one of my favorites as well! Nice pickup!

Yeah around a VF+. At least that's what it was mostly graded in the "Please grade my comic" thread. Others graded it as a VF/NM
